Dual Enrollment

The Haywood Community College Dual Enrollment Program provides an excellent opportunity for high school students to begin their college education early. Through dual enrollment high school students can earn college credit tuition-free while meeting their high school graduation requirements. Dual enrollment or dual/concurrent enrollment as it is generally known, refers to the opportunity for an individual high school student, who is at least 16 years of age and currently enrolled in high school, to be admitted to any curriculum or continuing education course any semester on a space-available basis.  See Mr. Johnson in the Counseling Center for more information regarding Dual Enrollment opportunities with Haywood Community College.
