Congratulations!

We are very excited to announce that Mariel Ottinger, a senior at Tuscola High School as been awarded the Morehead-Cain Scholarship. The Morehead-Cain is among the most selective undergraduate educational opportunities in the United States, with only 3 percent of candidates gaining admission each year. University of NC at Chapel Hill provides a four-year, fully funded educational experience for exceptional student leaders through the Morehead-Cain scholarship. Mariel is the second female from Tuscola to receive this honor.
