SMART TANK AWARDS FOR TUSCOLA

Tuscola High School science students participated in the 2022 Smart Tank Competition at Southwestern Community College.  The April 5, 2022 event was sponsored by the Cherokee Preservation Foundation and WRESA.  The program requires participating groups to prepare a product, presentation and pitch.  The students pitched the Plant Cuzee (an environmentally controlled planting system).  Ava Flowers, Darla Forrester, Gabriel Markley, Sarah Super, and Landry Willson finished in second place with their project.  In addition, Landry Willson also received an award for her program logo submission.  The group was facilitated by Tuscola science teacher, Jim Davis.
