The Tuscola family would like to send our condolences to the family of Mr. Charles M. Starnes. Mr. Starnes served as principal of Tuscola High School for 23 years from the late ’70s to mid ’90s.  Thank you, Mr. Starnes, for your service to our school and community.  Go Mountaineers.
