On Wednesday, May 20th, at 3:00 pm. all seniors will be able to use the link at the bottom of this email to sign up for a time to graduate. The sign-up process will remain open Wednesday, May 20th, from 3 pm until Friday, May 22, at 11:59 pm. It is important you sign up during this window of time. We are sharing this information prior to Wednesday to allow you to discuss with your family what time you might prefer.
Details and Directions Regarding the Sign-Up Process
Each day (June 2nd and 3rd) will show a list of times with each slot allowing 20 students to sign up. It is critical that you sign up using your legal first and last name and email. We will delete any names not belonging to one of our graduating seniors. Using an incorrect name will cause you to lose the slot selected. When you choose a time, your name will show on the sign-up document and can be viewed by other students. If you prefer your name not to be posted in the sign-up document, you need to contact Mrs. Markley (456-2408) in the front office. Once you make a selection, the software will not allow you to make changes. If you need to adjust your selected time, you may contact the school.
