Driver Gary Justice stands in front of Bus 23. Justice began driving this bus in the Fall when his previous bus was retired.

Gary Justice has been driving buses for Haywood County Schools for over 21 years. His unwavering dedication and passion for his career has earned him the love and adoration of many students and staff. In his work with Haywood County Schools, he drove more than 250,000 miles in bus 152, over 175,000 miles in bus 14, and is now driving bus 23. He loves being involved with many school activities, including Unified Cheer. He has driven for academic, athletic, and activity purposes. Gary has participated in Bus Rodeo Competitions and is hoping to return soon. He said, “I love the job”. Lana Rhodes is a cheerleader that has rode buses Gary has driven. She said, “I appreciate his work getting the cheerleaders where they need to go. He is such a nice person.”
